EYE Filmmuseum — Tilda Swinton: Ongoing

EYE Filmmuseum

Major exhibition presenting Tilda Swinton's decades-long collaboration with film and the visual arts — AV concept, projection, screen and sound design across multiple rooms.

“Ongoing” maps Tilda Swinton’s work across film, performance and the visual arts — a body of work that refuses a single format. The exhibition asked for a different audiovisual language in almost every room, while still reading as one continuous experience as visitors moved through it.

We translated the curatorial intent into a room-by-room production specification: where an image should be projected and where it should be a screen, how sound should carry in one space and stay contained in the next, how a visitor’s eye should be led from one work to the one beyond it. Blackout, acoustic isolation and synchronised playback were designed as part of the architecture, not added on top of it.
